Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil, together known as LizQuen, will reunite with Director Cathy Garcia-Molina for their newest television series, “Make It With You.”
On Monday night, LizQuen and Garcia-Molina revealed the upcoming project on Star Creatives Facebook Page via live stream.
Star Creatives is also the team that produced LizQuen’s two successful teleseryes “Dolce Amore” and “Forevermore,” which were also directed by Garcia-Molina.
In the live video, the three, together with another cast member Fumiya Sankai, were shown in a location in Croatia, where they will shoot some part of the series.
“In the story, kailangan naming ng isang bansa na malayo ang Pilipinas at kakaunti ang Pilipino,” Garcia-Molina said, explaining why they chose Croatia as the setting.
“Through research, napag-alaman na dito sa Croatia, sobrang kaunti ng Pinoy. To keep to its truth, dito tayo nagpunta. It’s something new to the Filipinos also… We need it for the story,” she added.
They kept their lips shut regarding the details of the series, but the blockbuster director hinted that the characters of the two stars will be “very fun” and very far from their characters in their past film “Alone/Together”.
“We want to give you something that you will enjoy every night, but at the end of the day, we want to tell you something of good moral obligation,” the director said.
LizQuen and Direk Cathy Garcia-Molina last worked together in 2017 for the film “My Ex and Whys” under Star Cinema.
